Each tier includes secure, view-only access to the Nines digital management platform, providing transparency and organization across all estate operations.
The Essential - Tier 1
Ideal for: Single-property owners or those requiring a reliable, high-level maintenance and security partner.
Core Focus: Security, safety, and basic property logistics.
Key Services: One (1) scheduled site visit per month for operational walkthroughs and detailed photo/video reporting; primary keyholder and emergency security contact; essential vendor coordination during visits; and basic safety checks (doors/windows, visible water shutoffs, obvious leaks).
Nines Integration: View-only access to your Estate Profile, Maintenance Calendar, and Vendor Directory.
The Preferred - Tier 2
Ideal for: Families with active properties needing proactive maintenance and organized expense workflows.
Core Focus: Proactive maintenance, detailed systems checks, and organized expense workflows.
Key Services: Two (2) scheduled site visits per month for comprehensive inspections; preventive maintenance scheduling and vendor orchestration (pool, windows, pest, landscape, etc.); monthly deep systems checks (HVAC, security, plumbing fixtures, appliances); and pre-arrival preparation/post-departure reset.
Financial Support: Organizing and documenting property-related receipts/invoices in Nines for CPA/financial manager handoff.
Scheduling Flexibility: Clients may select preferred week(s) for site visits each month; day and time are coordinated to align with our service route and client convenience.
Nines Integration: Includes all Tier 1 features plus access to the Task Board, Vendor Notes/History, and Service History/Expense Documentation Log.
The Pinnacle - Tier 3
Ideal for: Clients requiring maximal oversight, strategic review, and full-spectrum concierge support.
Core Focus: Maximal oversight, strategic review, and property resilience.
Key Services: Four (4) scheduled site visits per month for comprehensive weekly inspections; Quarterly Estate Strategic Reviews (operational focus); annual vendor performance review and contract support; and full-spectrum concierge services (pre-arrival provisioning, seasonal décor/rotations). Includes personalized concierge coordination for seasonal transitions, guest stays, and event preparation. Designed for estates that host more frequently, this tier includes expanded event preparation, guest-ready scheduling, and vendor coordination for elevated lifestyle management.
Nines Integration: Includes all Tier 2 features plus expanded access to Inventory/Assets, Concierge History, Seasonal Checklists, and Project Logs for complete estate visibility.
